About the instructor
Gunna Højgaard

I began training massage practitioners and instructors in 1976 and I am the founder of MASSAGESKOLEN (Massage Academy) in Copenhagen, Denmark.

My school offers one of the most thorough massage curriculums in this country and takes part in the effort to improve the standing of medical/therapeutical massage as a profession. We are members of Nordic Association for Massage Therapy.

I currently work as a teacher at my own school, and as a guest lecturer at other schools. I have written several massage manuals and articles about massage.

I also run a private massage service.
